RediClinic LLC opened the largest retail-based convenient clinic in the United States in Houston. These clinics are nurse practitioners that work with physicians to prescribe medications and diagnose illnesses like strep throat. The clinic is inside the new H-E-B store and is 926 square feet that also has exam rooms and a room just for drawing blood.
This clinic is just another example of Houston adapting and attempting to help all of its residents. Clinics like these are very valuable because they are convenient and don’t always have the same feeling of going to the hospital. They are able to help a lot of people. Global cities like Houston must provide these types of things if they want to continually expand and become an even greater global city.
